Refund Policy

First 5 Photos Guarantee

Your first 5 restorations are completely risk-free. If you're not happy with the quality, we'll refund your entire purchase within 48 hours of your request.

To request a quality-based refund:

  1. Start a chat — Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner and let us know you'd like a refund, along with your order number.
  2. Send us the photos — We'll reply with an email address where you can send both the original photo and the restored version so we can take a look.

Having both the original and restored photos helps us either get you a better result or process your refund. It also helps us improve our restoration quality for everyone.

After First 5 Photos

After your first 5 restorations, all credit usage is final. However, if a restoration has genuine technical issues (corruption, processing errors, etc.), we'll either:

  • Redo the restoration at no charge, or
  • Refund the credit used for that specific photo

To report technical issues, start a chat within 48 hours and we'll ask you to send the affected photos via email.

Unused Credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, all credit purchases are final. Credits never expire, so there's no rush to use them.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
